Every session starts with a format
Behavioral gives you STAR-style questions, technical runs coding and technical-tradeoff questions, and case study runs consulting-style problems. If you know the company or have the posting, add the name and paste the job description so the questions track that role. If the screen came through a referral, the company name and whatever that person told you about the team are sitting in their record in Contacts. Then the interview begins, one question at a time.
Feedback arrives when you end the session
End a session and the coach writes up how it went, based on the answers you gave in it. The write-up stays attached to the session, so you can reread the conversation next to the feedback. Old sessions stay in the sidebar and open again in full.
The coach carries what it learned into the next session
What it picks up about you in one interview carries into the next, so a second session starts from where the first one left you. That matters most when you are practicing for the same role over a few weeks, since you are not reintroducing yourself every time you sit down.
Questions come from your own resume
The coach is grounded in the resume you confirmed in the Resume Workshop and the experience in your Career History, so questions come back to the projects and roles you have listed. If your resume is not confirmed yet, CareerPigeon sends you there first. A coach that does not know your background can only ask generic questions.
